Health care is back. Obama continues his extreme agenda.
Now, more than ever, we need your help. On March 2, Texas goes to the polls. History tells us that only the most patriotic will exercise their right to vote. We need more of these like-minded people in our group.
Here's how we're going to get them.
We have 7 polling places in our zip code. Working in teams of two and covering only peak voting times for two hours, we still need 42 volunteers. Can you give us as little as 2 hours of your time? More if you can. If so, you will be partnered with an experienced member to meet voters leaving the polls and to pass out literature. It's fun, it's rewarding and it's for your country.
Please e-mail jallen@mojo4m.com with which of the following shifts work best for you. We will get back to you with the details.
7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Thank you.
75230 Common Sense Citizens
Thank you for your attendance at our general meeting Monday night. We had a chance to say “hello” to some old friends and to greet some new ones.
Our Precinct Leader volunteers and our Game Changer helpers have been doing a great job working on the primary campaign. Through Monday night we had contacted 165 of our friends and neighbors and got commitments from 96 of them to vote in the primary. Just as exciting is that we had picked up 40 new members to our zip code group through their efforts and have since added three more. Thank you to all of you. We have one more scheduled neighborhood walk and our phone campaign continues as well. It’s not too late if you would like to volunteer to help out. We need help for the neighborhood walks, the phoning and for manning the polls on March 2, 2010. This is when we try to recruit some new members to our group. All you need do is go to the Contact Page at our website (www.75230csc.com) and let us know you want to help. We will contact you from there.
Early voting started yesterday, February 16 and goes through February 26, 2010. PLEASE vote early if possible, but VOTE for sure. We want your early vote because of the message it sends to others across the state and the nation. Your vote counts!! Don’t know where to vote early? Go to our website at www.75230csc.com and find out. You will also find all the information you need about the primary and the candidates there.
The Tea Party’s one year birthday is February 27, 2010. Amazing what we accomplished after we woke up! We’re having a celebration. We are going to celebrate our first birthday on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at Dallas City Hall from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM. The physical address is 1500 Marilla St. and it’s going to be a blast. You’ve got to come to this.
Thanks again for your attendance at our general meeting. We’ll see you on the 27th.

Fellow 75230 Patriot:
Our general meeting last Friday was a terrific success. Our guest speaker, Pastor Stephen Broden, delivered an extremely timely and inspirational conservative message. As you know, Pastor Broden is seeking the Republican nomination to run against Eddie Bernice Johnson in Texas' 30th congressional district in November. Although we can't vote in that district, we can certainly help our conservative cause by supporting a viable candidate to oppose Ms. Johnson. You can volunteer your time for or donate money to Pastor Broden's campagn through his website at www.brodenforcongress.com.
We kicked off our 75230 campaign efforts for the primaries to be held on March 2, 2010. We are going to be educating our neighbors about the candidates and encouraging everyone to vote in the primary. Our primary vote is important because we can send a positive conservative message to friends and foes alike across the nation prior to their primaries. We are asking that you vote early. If you are not registered to vote,, please contact us through our website at www.75230csc.com and we will arrange for you to be registered. We will be providing early voting and precinct voting locations as we get nearer the primary.
A great big "thank you" to all of you who volunteered to help in our effort and a big "shame on you" to those who didn't. We still need volunteers in most of our precincts. We need help in Precinct 1135, 1137, 1140, 1141, 1142 and 1145. Our volunteers are going to meet this week for their directions and training. Contact us through our website to sign up. Come on folks, walk the walk with us! One of the CORE PRINCIPLES of our movement is PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. That means it's up to YOU, not somebody else to carry your load.
